So whatcha think part 2
Hey guys thanks for your comments and support;

Some of you were asking what's up and what decision I would have to make.

okay here it is short and to the point.

I've been working on a plan, the creation of an organization that can make world peace possible. Stop laughing it's true!

Eight years in developing. although it's not a political org, I needed to get the word out so here's what I did.

Starting point US and Canada. So I sent information to almost ever Governor in the US (22 states total) also G W Bush, ever Governor and Lt. Governor in Canada, and the response was great. Basically if I create the organization, it's welcomed by everyone.

Received comments from everyday folks like us who stated: Great Idea, Make this happen, This is the answer to our prayers, The world needs this, Your organization can change the future of man, yada yada, yada, (no joke, it's all true)

so...

How does a no-body like me get a world class organization started?

Okay so I dream big!
and I put the whole thing in print, a kinda step by step how to.

So do I trash it cause I can't do alone, or do I keep scratching.

The truth is it's a perfectly workable plan that lacks leadership.

So whatcha think, e-strip,

Kenny B

"its a perfectly workable plan"

plus

""..put the whole thing in print,a..step by step.."

=

Keep scratching.

Leadership does not exist alone. Great plans can not be carried out alone. You dont trash a plan because you cant do it alone. You are not supposed to do it alone.

Next step? if you plan to be the 'driver'- work on putting the right people on the 'bus' (your plan). Not just the right people, but also put them in the right 'seats' (to maximize strengths, encourge collective intelligence). With that, you will not find yourself lacking in leadership.

finding the right people takes research, net working, assessment, conviction and dedication. You know you have the right people when they get on that 'bus' and stay on it no matter what direction the 'bus' turns.

So go ahead and dream big- but set goals and act on them, persue with energy. Some people only dream of building a better mousetrap..

Tell me whatcha think.
Hey Buffalo, hey E-strip: Thanks for having me. Got a question that's been on my mind for a while and thought I would ask this group first. Tell me what you think okay!

Q: With the world beings so messed up and all, racial seperations, religious seperations, so much hate, war, poverty and whatever else you can think of, do you think any one man could change the world, especially if he's a no-body from Buffalo NY?

I'd lke to hear your comments, it would help me in a decision I'll have to make.

Peace.
Kenny B.

Kennyb, I believe that any one individual can start the ripple of change; like a pebble tossed in still waters, the effect of a single person, a single incident can have profound consequences (good and bad). Get more people involved (reduce separations) in the process and it only strengthens the force of reaching that goal.

best to you in your decision making and welcome to (e:strip)!

I agree, I think anything is possible. Although, I have had little sucess in changing the world myself. In fact I can't even change one town very much. I have to say though, I am now dying to hear what the decision you have to make is as I am sure everybody else is.

First, welcome to the strip. Secondly, never doubt that a small band of a dedicated band of people can change the world. It's the group that ever has.
